At Synergy Tech Solutions, we are committed to providing a smooth and fair return and refund experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products and request refunds.
- Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- You raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized products Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Opened hygiene products Digital products (if listed in future)
- How to Request a Return
To request a return, please:
- Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
- Select the item and click on “Return Request”
- Provide reason and attach images (if applicable)
- Await approval and pickup schedule (within 2–4 business days)
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be collected for NEFT refund.
- Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return after delivery.
- Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Such items will be replaced or refunded after verification.
- Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), shipping charges will be refunded.
- If return is due to customer preference (e.g. changed mind), shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding returns or refunds, our support team will mediate and resolve the issue as per platform policies.
