Return & Refund Policy

At Synergy Tech Solutions, we are committed to providing a smooth and fair return and refund experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products and request refunds.

 

  1. Return Eligibility

 

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • You raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

 

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized products Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Opened hygiene products Digital products (if listed in future)

 

 

  1. How to Request a Return

 

To request a return, please:

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
  2. Select the item and click on “Return Request”

 

  1. Provide reason and attach images (if applicable)

 

  1. Await approval and pickup schedule (within 2–4 business days)

 

 

  1. Refund Process

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be collected for NEFT refund.

 

  1. Order Cancellation
  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return after delivery.

 

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

 

If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Such items will be replaced or refunded after verification.

 

  1. Shipping Charges

 

  • If return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If return is due to customer preference (e.g. changed mind), shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  1. Disputes

 

In case of a dispute regarding returns or refunds, our support team will mediate and resolve the issue as per platform policies.
