At Synergy Tech Solutions, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which products are packed, shipped, and delivered.

 

  1. Delivery Locations

 

We currently deliver across pan India. Some remote pin codes may be excluded based on courier availability. You can check availability by entering your pin code on the product page.

 

  1. Shipping Charges

 

  • Free Shipping on most products unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Some heavy or oversized items may attract a nominal shipping charge, displayed at checkout.

 

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

 

  • Products are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • The estimated delivery timeline is displayed on each product page.
  • Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or logistics issues.

 

  1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

  1. Shipment Tracking

 

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner link via email or SMS.
  • You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section of your account.

 

  1. Delivery Attempts

 

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If undelivered, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

We work with trusted courier services like:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Ecom Express
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select regions)

 

  1. Order Receipt & Verification

Please inspect the package upon delivery.

If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.

 

  1. Change of Address
  • Shipping address can only be changed before the order is shipped.
  • To request changes, email us at support@synergytechsolutions.in with your order ID.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

Synergy Tech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public disturbances, transportation strikes, or other events beyond our control.
